Once I walked into the restaurant and I heard Cantonese spoken all around I knew this would be good. We grab some quick take out and it hit the spot for me. We had the wontons and congee which both were good. Sorry I forgot to take a photo; we also grabbed red bean with tapioca for dessert we saw in the fridge. They warmed it up for us without us asking. You'll be surprised when you walk into the restaurant the decor is super cute. I recommend you have it a try if you are craving Cantonese comfort food.

Had the roast pork over noodles, very satisfying. Place is a hole in the wall, no frills, nice and quiet. The service was fast, polite, and efficient. Will definitely return!

Street parking only, but usually don't have trouble finding parking. Several buses stop nearby as well. There are a few tables with condiments and hand sanitizer on every table The waitress spoke Cantonese and Mandarin, though was a bit iffy on the English. Don't let that stop you from coming in though (just point at what you want!) The Steamed Vegetable Dumplings were just ok. They had a thin wrapper that holds everything together neatly. Not a huge fan of the stuffing though - vermicelli noodles should not be a part of veggie dumplings! I want an all vegetable filling when I order vegetable dumplings! The dipping sauce that came with it is really flavorful though, so made up for the filling. The Clay Pot Rice with Spare Ribs takes 25 mins to make. Edges were oh so crispy. It was flavorful even without the sauce, but I like lots of sauce, so I definitely doused it in delicious sauce! The spare ribs were tender. It was exactly what I wanted. The Iced Milk Tea HK Style (with light sugar) was nostalgic. The hot tea tastes like it's only hot water, so I recommend getting the milk tea instead (can get it hot or iced)! The Lo Mein with Wonton and Beef Tendon was good. The beef tendon was very tender, while the shrimp and pork wonton was flavorful. Portions are a little small but pricing is fair. Will be back for the Clay Pot Rice.
